Dated in 1913 or 1927 (deppends of the font) , its authorship is unknown. At the time, it was constituted as a children's educational foundation for Indian immigrants in New York. Currently, its use is as a public school.

Its façade still maintains the label of "schools" typical of the time. Its decorative details are attached to a sober structure, with volumetric formalization of the last modernism.
