"In this building located on Linares Rivas street, there was a lot of dancing in the 90s. Every Saturday young people arriving from different parts of the area, also from A Coruña, would gather in this space that had previously been a party hall, "El Modern ", where twist and rock and roll were danced.
The original lintels of the doors of each of the balconies that decorate the façade stand out. Also the curvilinear figures in the carved wood of the door that serves as the main entrance. The first floor of this building, built in 1915, served as the seat of the council of Sada. It also served as a meeting place to start the game and many weddings were held inside."
