I suspect this is the largest of several waterfalls found within the Queen Elizabeth II Wildlands Provincial Parks in the Kawartha Lakes region of Ontario. The Waterfall is located between Round Lake (above, upstream) and Fishog Lake (below, downstream). The waterfall is approximately 12' high and 35' wide.
You will need a boat to access this waterfall. Presently the Queen Elizabeth II Wildlands Provincial Park is classified as non-operating with no permits / fees required to access (this is expected to change in the near future). Designated backcountry campsites are available but are also in high demand during the summer month. There are several ways to route to reach this waterfall, the most direct of the, being from Head Lake (you can launch from the Head Lake Boat Launch or from a couple of access points along the west shore of Head Lake, but be advised there is a 12-hour parking limit on roadways in the City of Kawartha Lakes). Coordinates for parking at the nearest access point is provided below - you can launch from the bottom of the hill at the end of the road. A short portage is required between Head Lake and Fishog Lake, but you will be rewarded with another small waterfall near the portage. Power boats are not permitted within the provincial park, with exceptions made for cottagers (as far as i understand). It's at least an 8km paddle to reach this waterfall.
