The shrine of Our Lady of La Salette has three different statue of Mary as Our Lady of La Salette. The shrine is located on the grounds of Holy Trinity Church at 335 Elm St, Westfield, MA.

On September 19, 1846, two children, Maximin Giraud and Mélanie Calvat, reported an apparition of Mary at La Salette-Fallavaux, France. According to the report the children were tending sheep when they saw a beautiful lady seated on a rock and crying. This is portrayed by the statue on the north side of the shrine. On the south side of the shrine is a re-creation the moment when Mary appeared to the two children. Mary is wearing a tiara topped by beams of light and a band of roses. Her arms are folded in front of her tunic. The children are kneeling in front of her. Maximin is holding his hat over his chest. Higher up on a hill Mary is standing in front of a tree with a cross in the background. She is dressed as before except now she is holding a crucifix in her holder arms.
A marble plaque between the figures is inscribed:
