City Hall and the Public Library share the same square two-story red brick building - City Hall is on the south side, and the Library is on the north. There was no cornerstone or plaque to identify the building or its history. The Post Office is just to the north of the Library. With a population of only a few hundred, city management is not a big industry here; the mayor and five councilmen meet once a month.
