Although listed as a Perkin cemetery, this cemetery is actually closer to Coyle, and quite a ways west of Perkins. From Hwy 33 E. out of Guthrie, go past the Coyle exit about 3 mi. Turn N. on Karsten Creek Rd. Cemetery is 1 mi. N. at the corner of 104th (E700 Road) & Karsten Creek Rd (N3260 Road).

The cemetery is located at the northwest corner of this intersection. There are no driveways through the cemetery. The cemetery is well maintained, although there are only two or three trees here. Across the front of the cemetery is a chain link fence. The headstones date back to the late 1800s until until the current time.
