This "chime tower" is near the entrance to Kingfisher Cemetery, on the north side of Highway 33 about a mile west of town. The tower is set on a tiered concrete foundation surrounded by a small garden. A plaque on the tower indicates that the Sweet Pea Garden Club maintains the garden here.
