Mrs. Billie Swanzy Noack was born in Rosebud, TX on December 8, 1936. She died on December 6, 2014 at the age of 77 in Rockdale, TX. Mrs. Noack is buried at the I.O.O.F Cemetery off FM 908 in Rockdale.
An oak tree dedicated to Billie Noack was planted and is growing on the side yard of The Kay Theater at 350 N. Main Street, Rockdale, TX 76567. The GPS coordinates of the exact location of the oak tree are posted above.
The inscription carved into the gray granite dedication marker at the base of the dedicated oak tree reads as follows:
"Donated by Linwood Acres Garden Club in loving memory of Billie Noack"
The tree is a sapling as of this posting so the tree is no more than two years. No dedication date is given on the marker but the tree was most likely planted in the late part of 2020 or early part of 2021.
