This is a large mural, and starting from the left is the round college building behind a prairie of grasses, followed by the I-House mentioned in the text. Then comes main street, looking north, with the floats and parade members, and the right side of Main Street are some of the buildings there, and finally an open lot where the events member who have finished the parade are mingling and disbanding.

• From newspaper articles it is estimated that this Parade most likely occurred in the year
"1911"
• Location: On South end of Main street near where Catholic church now stands.
• Owensville was built in the middle of a Prairie, thus you see the remnants of prairie grasses
and forbes.
• The Large Red Round building to your far left was the old College, which was torn down around
1920. A 2 year degree after
8th grade No high school back then. Building stood where
Baptist church now stands.
• Gray home next to college still stands today. Roof top can be seen from here ~ 3rd building
from 4-way stop or rt.
• It is unknown who the two officials are on horseback near the end of the Parade.
