A three-tiered cast iron fountain that is painted green is on the east side of the Racing Museum and Hall of Fame. At the bottom is a large basin. Rising from the center of the basin is a pedestal supporting the first tier. This configuration is repeated two time creating three tiers. At the top a get of water rises up and falls back into the upper tier. The water then overflows and falls down to the tiers below until it lands in the large ground level basin.
