A kiosk constructed of treated lumber sits at the west end of the parking area of the Flinn Reserve. Routed into the wood are the words: Flinn Reserve, Westmoreland Conservancy, Eagle Scout Project Jonathon Mock Troop 205. There is an enclosed bulletin board and a separate map holder. Several trails start from this parking area.

"Located on Boxcartown road about 1/4 mile from the intersection of School Road South. Our new parking lot has been constructed along the east side of the road. N 40 24.031 W 79 39.277 It is a 1-way access/exit lot and will provide a staging area for boundary marking, trail creation and a new kiosk ."
