An urban Indian dwelling, commissioned by Ascensión Pillado and Pedrosa in 1888. Nobility and sobriety are the characteristics that define this building. Its façade is inspired by a balance between traditional Galician architecture and a noble house with a palatial air. Thus, it is reminiscent of the urban pazos of the historic center with games of symmetry in balconies and windows, granite stonework frames, finely carved cornice, or with the so-called "air doors" (balconies next to the façade). However, the rich forge work warns that its owner was not alien to the artistic trends of the moment.
It is part of the Ruta de los Indianos.
