This building was ordered to be built in 1886 by Francisco López García and its name comes from the fact that for several decades it hosted the Assistantship of the Navy Command. Currently, it houses three houses, but the property was conceived as a single-family residence. On the ground floor, the most remarkable element are two light cast iron columns that support the stone floor of the balcony on the upper level, which is made of fine ironwork and wooden doors enclosed with a sober molding. On both sides, there are separate metal gazebos. The building demonstrates the strength of iron as a decorative solution and the art of blacksmithing, in competition with cabinetmaking.
