Markaryds church.
This church was built in 1857 byt the tower is from 1795. The tower was the only remaining after a fire in 1851.
The fundations from 12th century is made of granite .
The walls is made of granite that have been plasterd with white lime.
There are 2 bells in the tower small bell and big bell booth from 1590.
The church it big and accommodates 680 people
The pulpit is made of wood in 1762 by Johan Ullberg.
The baptismal font is from 12th century and is made of sandstone
The todays organ was built 1975.
