This metal column is securely attached to bricks in the sidewalk, and it doesn't appear that it is going anywhere. There are three panels, and they are changed from time to time, based on current events. At present, the column advertises Emma Stone in "Cruella", Dos Equis beer -- "Look at you, wearing pants and everything nice" -- and a website for Dallas City News, with a few icons for access via social media. On the top, facing away from the road and above the panel, is a circle with an "i" in it, denoting "Information"/"Información", and two City of Dallas medallions are above the other two panels. Outfront Media provides these columns for the City of Dallas, and this one is numbered "0392" under the Dos Equis ad and "0391" under the "Cruella" ad. "Outfront" is noted in two places, while the location address is under the Dallas City News panel.

While the West End suffered for awhile when everything moved north to be closer to the Victory development, it is making a comeback and is a wonderful place to shop, dine, and watch people. You are just a few blocks walk from the site of the Kennedy assassination, the Sixth Floor Museum, and the Old Red Courthouse Museum. Light rail is nearby, provided by DART.
