Bridge, with a single arch, with parapets and all of it made of ashlar masonry, located in the historic center of the town of Betanzos. With the name of "Puente Viejo de As Cascas" it is already mentioned in the year 1200. In 1809 it was blown up by the English on their way to A Coruña, so its arch is replaced by beams and oak planks. In 1839 a stone reconstruction is carried out, which gives it its current appearance. In 1846 a coat of arms with the town's weapons was added. It is about four meters wide and preserves two west cubes, on which there are as many sidings with seats. ( visit link)
