"Modernist style building located in the historic center of the town of Betanzos, built in the 20th century (1923). It has two heights, the upper floor for housing and the ground floor for commercial premises. It would be the first bank and commercial house in the town. The composition of the building is articulated in a different way between the different parts, since there is no axial axis. The decorative elements appear carefully distributed, both inside and outside, always with a geometric and simplified design. It has references of traditional Galician architecture, such as the balcony."
