The Blue Ridge Tunnel Trail is a 2.4 mile trail that takes users through the 4,273 foot trail tunnel that opened as a trail in the fall of 2020. The Western trailhead follows the a winding gravel path to the western entrance of the tunnel and continues until the eastern end of the trail.
This end of the trail is very hilly and doesn't follow the railroad bed like the eastern end of the trail.
