This was the fist church in New Franklin, and they brag about it on the corner stone.

The church was founded in 1822 in Franklin, Missouri. When the Missouri River flooded out Franklin the church was moved to New Franklin. The current building was built in 1866 and then expanded in 1924. The church continues to serve the community of New Franklin." ~ BruceS
