Snow Drift was developed by David Wesson in 1899 and was one of the first commercially produced all-vegetable shortenings.
This old advertisement is still pretty colorful but is starting to fade. This ghost sign reads "For All Cooking SNOW DRIFT perfect shortening." There is some more text just below the word shortening but is unreadable. Also at the very bottom the is The Curran Co. Signs Denver.
