Located in downtown historic Punta Gorda at 139 West Marion Avenue is The Blue Turtle restaurant. On the west side of the building is a large mural of a blue turtle swimming in aqua colored waters. This mural faces a large open grassy area and is visible from West Marion Avenue and Taylor Street. This mural is a private commercial mural and not part of the Punta Gorda Historic Mural Society collection and walking tour.
