Letište Frýdlant nad Ostravicí v Moravskoslezském kraji je umístené mezi jednemi z dominantních vrchu Beskyd kterými jsou: Ondrejník, Knehyne a Lysá hora a smerem na východozápad se otevírá Frýdecko-Místecko.
Letište je provozováno od roku 1992 zapsaným spolkem Aeroklub Frýdlant nad Ostravicí, který navazuje na základe zákona c. 83/1990 Sb. na své predchudce, kterí pusobili na letišti ve Frýdlante nad Ostravicí od jeho vzniku v 50. letech. V soucasnosti sdružuje okolo 100 clenu.
Letište je používáno: letouny, vrtulníky, kluzáky. Ultralehká letadla – pouze se souhlasem provozovatele AD.
Frýdlant nad Ostravicí Airport in the Moravian-Silesian Region is located between one of the dominant hills of the Beskydy Mountains: Ondrejník, Knehyne and Lysá hora, and the Frýdek-Místek region opens to the east.
The airport has been operated since 1992 by the registered association Aeroklub Frýdlant nad Ostravicí, which is established on the basis of Act No. 83/1990 Coll. to its predecessors, who have been operating at the airport in Frýdlant nad Ostravicí since its inception in the 1950s. It currently has around 100 members.
The airport is used: airplanes, helicopters, gliders. Ultralight aircraft - only with the consent of the AD operator.
