Bianca Road Brew Co was established in 2016, based on plans which had been hatched during an epic three-month cycle ride across the USA in 2014. The brewery was initially located in Bianca Road, Peckham, later moving to Bermondsey, where they are now on their second location as the brewery continues to expand.
The focus is on fresh, hoppy beers, brewed in a sustainable way. The brewery occupies two railway arches and incorporates a taproom that has seating both inside and outside the arches. There are other breweries, taprooms and bottle shops nearby, but unlike most of them Bianca Road is open daily rather than just at weekends. A small core range of beers, plus seasonal specials are sold in draught or can format and food is available on Sundays.
