This tractor is located at Silverman's Farm in Easton, CT. It is part of the playground at the farm for kids to play on. The back of the tractor has been modified with stairs so kids can climb up easily and sit in the seat to play. There is also a large picture frame with a hashtag of the farm so it's a great photo opportunity!
McCormack-Deering tractors were actually a model sold by International Harvester. According to farmcollector.com, "The name was used on farm implements until some time in 1948 or 1949, when Deering was dropped and McCormick alone was used."
