I parken ved Moesgaard herregård og museum står dette smukke thailandske hus på pæle. Huset der oprindeligt kommer fra Ayutthaya, der var hovedstaden i det, der dengang hed Siam. Huset blev givet som gave til museet i 1975 i anledning af en stor udstilling om Thailand. Huset er ca. 100 år gammelt og var en del af et større bygningskompleks.
In the park at Moesgaard Museum this beautiful Thai house on poles is situated. Originally the house was located in the former capital of Siam (now Thailand) : Ayutthaya. The house was a gift from Thailand to the museeum in connection with a large exchibiton about Thailand in 1975. The house is about 100 years old and was a part of a large group of houses.
