This marker is located inside the welcome center. It is on the same wall as the welcome center, opposite of the restrooms. If you enter the building from the west, the plaque will be on the left. The plaque is closer to the east entrance to the welcome center building. If the building is closed, you should be able to see the plaque from the windows of the the eastern entrance. At that point, the plaque will be on the right.
