The Rogers & Stevens building is located at 27-29 Wall Street, Norwalk, CT.
According to Historic Buildings of Connecticut, it was a men's clothing store. The store was on the first floor of the building and apartments were upstairs.
It still has apartments upstairs. However, the clothing store is no longer there. It now is outfitted as a restaurant but has been empty for the last two years.
