Brunnen - Lingen, Germany - Fountains on Waymarking.com

In addition to the street fountains (visit link) at Am Markt in Lingen you will also find this beautiful and fabulous fountain.
It is a star-shaped fountain full of bronze figures.
In the fountain there are 2 human figures and a little dragon swimming around on its back with a little one on its belly.
The figures in the water are sprayed wet by various strange creatures sitting on the edge of the fountain.
On one of the corners is a bronze plate with a beer mug and cutlery, on the plate is a gnawed fish.

I have not found a plaque or information sign on the fountain, also on the internet is unfortunately nothing to find.
