Grenspaal 153 aan de Schoonebeker Diep maar dan aan de Duitse zijde, bij grensovergang Schoonebeek -Emlichheim. - Boundary post 153 on the Schoonebeker Diep but on the German side, at the Schoonebeek -Emlichheim border crossing.

Op deze locatie liggen 2 grenspalen met nummer 153.
Deze grenspaal staat in Duitsland en de andere grenspaal staat in Nederland (

Dit is de Duitse versie en is iets anders van vorm, meer hoekig.
Naast deze staat nog een afgebroken grenspaal op 5 meter afstand. (

Hier zit wel een witte dot op gespoten dus waarschijnlijk de oude en vervangen. Misschien kapot gereden door een landbouwvoertuig in het verleden, wie zal het zeggen.
Deze Duitse grenspaal is alleen te bereiken via een parkeer mogelijkheid bij Fietsknooppunt 34 (
visit link) aan de Nederlandse kant van de grens.
