Eight white rock pillars hold up the metal roof which is topped with a cupola. The gazebo is next to the war memorial and is also borders the nice lake. It is up some steps from the roadway (Thomas Stewart Dr). The base of the gazebo is cement. Seating is picnic tables which can be moved around.
