The lychgate has a stone base, with seating on the sides. The upper portion is built with large wooden beams. The roof is tiled with terra cotta S type tiles.
The Presybyterian cemetery was established in 1790 and is still in use with space available. The grounds are well maintained, but has limited snow removal in the winter.
There are a fair number of veterans in the area, with patriotic flags to mark their spots.
