The statue titled "Miner from the Orchestra" is one of twelve that can be found in Wałbrzych. It is located at the entrance to the Dramatyczny Theater. All the figurines were made in the Center for Unique Ceramics of the Old Mine in Wałbrzych.

The figure presents an elderly miner holding a drum with both hands and a baton in his left hand. The whole is placed on a small stone platform.
