"Louise M. Zahringer, 103, of Pilot Grove, passed away on Nov. 22 at Katy Manor Nursing Home in Pilot Grove.
Mrs. Zahringer was born on July 26, 1907, to John and Clara Meyer Wassman. On Jan. 2, 1927, she married Robert Zahringer in Boonville, Mo., who preceded her in death in 1977. She loved to cook, work in the garden, and sew.
"She is survived one niece - Dorothy Wieland of Boonville, and numerous other nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, two sisters and four brothers.
"Funeral services for Mrs. Zahringer were held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 26, at the Meisenheimer Funeral Chapel in Pilot Grove.
"Burial will be in the St. John's Cemetery in Billingsville, Mo.
Memorials to the St. John's United Church of Christ or Katy Manor Nursing Home." ~ Boonville Daily News
