"I have taught English for 35 years. Needless to say, I love books. I love reading books, discussing books and giving books to others. My daughter Julie is getting her Masters in Library Science from the University of Washington. I owe my love of reading to my mother Claire. She constantly took me to the library and she read to me daily. I believe reading makes the world a better place, a more human place. Reading helps imagination grow.."
