New Lebanon Calvary Baptist Church is included in the East Monument Historic District. The National Register of Historic Places Registration Form on page 41 states:
The northeast corner of Jefferson St. and Milton Ave. is home to the New Lebanon Calvary Baptist Church, a two-story stone church with long nave and squared comer tower, built in 1896-97. Two three story, two-bay-wide brick houses built just north of the church serve as parish house and rectory.
