W State Street in in the heart of the business district of Ithaca. It's a busy commercial street and home to the historic State Theater. Just to the west of the theater is the bicycle tender shaped like to puzzle pieced that are joined. The tender is painted a bright orange and placed next to some sidewalk flower boxes.
The building opposite the bicycle tender is The Watershed, a bar with an extensive collection of books.
