Beneath blue suburban skies of Franklin, Massachusetts, you can find a Penny Lane. Not quite like the actual place Paul and John used to hang around, this rather short cul-de-sac heads west and south off of Summer Street and has just a few single family houses. The sign post is on a grassy southern corner at the intersection with the main road.

I saw no barber, banker, fireman, or pretty nurse selling poppies from a tray. Though there was a man quietly doing yard work up on the hill.
