Eastern Box Turtle - Warren County, MO - Turtle Crossings on Waymarking.com

County of crossing: Warren County
Location of crossing: State Hwy B, just N. of MO-94, near Case

I was headed for Gasconade County, Owensville actually, and this is the best route from my home.
Traveling down State Hwy B from Pendleton, I saw a young Alagitor Snapping Turtle, helped him across, but no photo because of crabby and impatient drivers.
Saw a Painted Box Turtle, stopped an let him get out of our lane, again, horn honking morons.

Then saw this guy, no cars behind me. Stopped moved him in his direction of travel, and got this shot as he exited stage left.
