Derby was an oil brand founded by former oilfield wildcatter Archibald Leon "Al" Derby in 1922. He expanded the brand to 100 stations, and sold it to Colorado Interstate Gas in 1955. It was eventually rebranded as Coastal Gasoline in 1988.
