Recreational Park is a 4.5 hectares in size and a great place to enjoy a sunny day in Cache Creek. It is an ideal park to enjoy a picnic or hold a family reunion. There is a nice gazebo surrounded by a large grass area.
The park also includes a playground, outdoor swimming pool, ball fields, as well as benches and picnic tables for the entire family to enjoy.
There is a ten station exercise trail that is open to the public. Included are Air Walker, Air Strider, Leg Press Leg, Lift & Body Lift, Recumbent Bike to name a few. The equipment is in good condition.

Exercise Instructions
* Always warm up before and cool down after your workout.
* Always use proper posture as shown. Proper posture will greatly reduce chances of injury
and maximize exercise benefit.
* Always use proper form. Focus on only working the muscle group
intended for the exercise you are doing.
* Do not hold your breath during any part of an exercise.
Inhale on the return part of the exercise. Exhale slowly on exertion.
* To ensure safety, allow a minute between each exercise.
* During exercise, if any discomfort occurs, stop exercise immediately.

* This equipment is not recommended for children under 12 years.
* For personal safety keep at least 3 feet from equipment while
equipment is in use.
* Keep small children and others at a safe distance from all moving parts.
* Read the safety instructions for the proper use of the equipment.
* If there is a problem such as loose parts please do not use the equipment.
