"Parish church that since 1835 has been dedicated to Sta. Mª del Campo, after having been abandoned by the Franciscans. Made of masonry and granite ashlar masonry, it has a central nave covered with a simple rib vault, a main chapel, two apsidal chapels and other side chapels. Frontis with gothic door of the s. XIV with four columns and capitals of vegetal decoration, large window of the same period with decoration of diamond points and two columns with capitals of vegetal decoration, and a slender bell tower in the center of neo-Gothic style. On the left side there is a Gothic portal very similar to the main one with angular and vegetal decoration on the two capitals of its columns. Inside, the Romanesque arches that give access to the old chapter house from the cloister and two baroque altarpieces from the s. XVIII. In it we can also find the coats of arms of important fidalgas families of Ribadeo."
