Sur la place Chazel, en plein centre de Thiers, à l'extrémité un grand cadran solaire en forme d'épée, pour rappeler le passé glorieux des couteliers et de ferronniers de la ville, à son pied on trouve une rose des vents.
The sword sundial
On the Place Chazel, in the center of Thiers, at the end a large sundial in the shape of a sword, to recall the glorious past of the cutlers and ironworkers of the city, at its foot we find a compass rose.
