DE: Die Stolpersteine für Paula und Helene Brünell, sowie für Hilde Kaufmann befinden sich vor dem Haus in der Uhlstraße 14 in Brühl.
Die Geschwister Paula, geboren am 30. November 1902 in Brühl und Helene Brünell, geboren am 30. Mai 1896 ebenfalls in Brühl betrieben als Kaufleute zuletzt ab 1931 bis zur Reichskristallnacht am 9. November 1938 das Textilgeschäft "Kaufhaus Brünell" in der Uhlstraße 14.
Hilde (Hilda) Kaufmann, geboren am 14. März 1919 in Bonn lebte ebenfalls bis zu ihrer Deportation in Brühl. Am 20. Juli 1942 wurden sie dann gemeinsam mit 1164 weiteren Menschen von Köln aus nach Minsk ins dortige Ghetto und von dort (vermutlich direkt) weiter ins Tötunglager "Maly Trostinec" deportiert, wo sich ihre Spur verliert. Mit Kriegsende am 8. Mai 1945 wurden sie dann für tot erklärt.

EN: The stumbling blocks for Paula and Helene Brünell, as well as for Hilde Kaufmann are in front of the house at Uhlstrasse 14 in Brühl.
The siblings Paula, born on November 30th, 1902 in Brühl and Helene Brünell, born on May 30th, 1896, also in Brühl, last ran the textile store "Kaufhaus Brünell" at Uhlstrasse 14 from 1931 until the Kristallnacht on November 9th, 1938.
Hilde (Hilda) Kaufmann, born on March 14th, 1919 in Bonn, also lived in Brühl until her deportation. On July 20th, 1942, they were then deported together with 1,164 other people from Cologne to Minsk to the local ghetto and from there (presumably directly) to the "Maly Trostinec" killing camp, where their trace is lost. At the end of the war on May 8th, 1945, they were then declared dead.
