Privately owned mausoleum off Hwy 131 just north of Holden, Missouri. Joseph M. Miller started construction on it in 1917. It is made from concrete. 48 vaults are in the lower level. The upper level was a civil war museum originally. Vandals have caused significant damage and caused all the remains to be moved to the Holden cemetery.

The location is being used as a community park. It is open during daylight hours.
