This memorial in the form of a column surmounted by a figure of Victory stands in a small walled garden.

A nearby information board tells us that the memorial was first consecrated on 11th November 1920. It was updated after the Second World War and the Korean War. It was subsequently restored in 2015.

As well as the figure of Victory each face of the column has a relief carving of a figure from the armed forces.
