This U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Disk is on the east wall of what was once a bank in Mountain View, Oklahoma. The disk, which is in good condition, is stamped D 31 and dated 1934. You can park right by the disk.

Note: the coordinates on the FK0136 data sheet are about a block too far south; the waymark coordinates should put you right on it.
