Although the official Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) designatoin for this airport is El Reno Regional Airport, the sign erected at the entrance states City of El Reno Municipal Air Park. Just in front of the sign is this 3-blade, variable pitch propeller mounted on a metal pipe. The granite marker in front reads:

DEDICATED TO THOSE PILOTS WHO
TRAINED HERE AND IN RESPECTFUL
MEMORY OF THOSE WHO PAID THE
ULTIMATE PRICE FOR FREEDOM IN
