DE: Am 19. Dezember 1961 wurde im 1911 erbauten Hürther Weilerhof erstmals Bischoff-Kölsch mit 4,9% Alkoholgehalt gebraut. Die kleine Brauerei wurde von Werner Bischoff als Familienbetrieb gegründet und liefert seit dem Jahr 1962 etwa 1000hl Kölsch jährlich in Fässern bis 50 Litern sowie in Bügelflaschen (auch Siphons genannt) mit maximal 5 Litern Fassungsvermögen an Wirtschaften im Rhein-Erft-Kreis aus. Eine Abholung für privaten Verbrauch ist zudem Montags bis Samstags von 16 bis 17 Uhr möglich. Zusätzlich zum Kölsch wird in der Brauerei noch das hefetrübe Karthäuserbräu und ein Radler gebraut.

EN: On December 19th, 1961, Bischoff-Kölsch with 4.9% alcohol was brewed for the first time in the Weilerhof, which was built in 1911 in Hürth. The small brewery was founded by Werner Bischoff as a family business and has been delivering around 1000hl of Kölsch annually in barrels up to 50 liters and in swing-top bottles (also called siphons) with a maximum capacity of 5 liters to restaurants in the Rhein-Erft district since 1962. Collection for private consumption is also possible from Monday to Saturday from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. In addition to the Kölsch, the yeast-cloudy Karthäuserbräu and a shandy are brewed in the brewery.
