This piece is a 7.7cm German FK16 [Field Cannon - Model of 1916]. This type was produced in Germany during WWI. The piece appears to be in good condition, but heavy overpaint has obscured any markings.
It is located at the Merced Veterans Memorial Building at 959 W. Main St., Merced, CA. There are no plaques or other information present.
