H.G. Conley has an attractive tree stump headstone, slightly different than the one most commonly seen. It stands on a single base stone, which has been scored to look like numerous stones. The tree stump is squared off with four separate trunks at the top. The surname CONLEY is shown in relief at the top of the headstone, above the WOW seal.

The inscription is engraved on a scroll and reads:
